As it gets closer to the last day of Shravan and Sanchi’s contract marriage, it finally hits Shravan that he loves Sanchi and can’t live without her. When Shravan found Sanchi all dressed up in their room last week, he was in awe of her beauty. He plans a dinner date for two in their bedroom since she doesn’t want to out as it is her first Diwali with the family. They have a sweet romantic date where Shravan says Sanchi is beautiful and he won’t be able to stop himself from going to see her when he misses her even after their divorce. Sanchi thinks Shravan doesn’t understand her love, that he still just wants to be friends, but it’s really Sanchi who doesn’t understand that Shravan can’t figure out how to express his feelings for her.
Shravan keeps following Sanchi around the Diwali party to tell her that he loves her but they keep getting interrupted! The lead couples from “Saas Bina Sasural” and “Tera Mujhse Hai Pehle Ka Naata Koi” arrive at the party and try to help out Sanchi and Shravan also. Meanwhile Pappu gets the magician at the Diwali party to help Shravan finally say “I love you” to Sanchi. The magician hypnotizes Shravan to tell Sanchi how he feels but when he hears a snap he actually sees Pappu! Boy does it go downhill from there.
The family thinks Shravan is gay because he gets so attached to Pappu! Shravan keeps proclaiming his love for Pappu and taking care of Pappu, even sleeping in the same bed as Pappu! Sanchi is very happy though because she knows that Shravan really means he loves her it’s just all directed at Pappu because of the hypnosis.
Finally Sanchi and Nidhi bhabi gets the magician to come back and cure Shravan but he doesn’t remember anything that happened so he doesn’t realize why the whole family is upset with him. They bring a dancer in to try and seduce Shravan so he will “change his ways” but he rejects her, not because Shravan is gay but because he doesn’t want to cheat on Sanchi. So sweet right?
Of course the family thinks it’s because he is gay. Poor Shravan, who knows what will happen next?
