Saif Ali Khan is playing a visually challenged character in Haiwaan. Directed by Priyadarshan, the film sees the actor sporting a simple yet comfortable look.

In the recently released song Rangiyara, Saif is seen wearing a black kurta paired with white pyjamas.
The actor has now revealed that his look in the film was inspired by the outfit he wore when he first met director Priyadarshan before the shoot began.
During his first-ever Instagram Live, Saif revealed that Priyadarshan had visited his house before the cameras started rolling and was impressed by his wardrobe choices. “The director came home and said, ‘I like what you’re wearing. Wear this only in the movie, come like this,’” Saif said during the chat.
In the chat, Saif also praised his character Ranvir Singh’s style statement from Race. He revealed that if there was one character’s style he could recreate in real life, it would be Ranvir’s fashion choices. “I like the way he dressed,” he said.
Meanwhile, Saif is set to return to the big screen on 11th September with Haiwaan. The actor shares the screen with Akshay Kumar.
