Marking two decades of the iconic romantic drama Fanaa, actor Kajol took to Instagram to celebrate the milestone, sharing heartfelt memories from the film’s shoot.
Released in 2006, Fanaa, starring Aamir Khan and Kajol in the lead, became a defining romantic drama of its time, leaving a lasting impact on audiences with its story of love, sacrifice, and heartbreak. Celebrating the film’s 20-year milestone, Kajol reflected on her memories from the shoot, particularly filming in the freezing temperatures of Poland. Sharing stills from the film, she wrote, “20 years to Fanaa.. my daughter was 2 and a half years old and I was but what I remember most was Poland in all its glory.. -27 degrees Celsius, beautiful forests and sleds used on sidewalks..! And of course the fact that I wore a thin salwar kameez while most everyone else was dressed in goose down 🧐.. what a blast from the past!”
