Kajal Aggarwal has been enjoying her quality time with her son Neil Kitchlu. However, her maternity break has now come to an end. The actress has decided to kick off work with the much-talked about film, Indian 2, co-starring Kamal Haasan and Rakul Preet Singh.
Kajal took to social media to talk about her return to the sets of the S Shankar film.
Kajal Aggarwal took to Twitter to share a monochrome photo of herself from the vanity van, accompanied by a team member as she was getting dressed up for her role in Indian 2.
While she clearly did not want to unveil her look from the film, she hid it with a massive pink shining heart emoji. She captioned it saying, “#Indian2 #COMINGSOON”. Fans of the actress were obviously thrilled with this announcement as they continued to drop ‘welcome back’ comments for her and showering their love on the post.
Coming to Indian 2, the film will have Kamal Haasan reprise the role of Senapathy whereas Rakul Preet Singh is the second female lead along with Kajal.
The pan-India film also boasts of an ensemble cast which includes Siddharth, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Bobby Simha, Guru Somasundaram, among others.
While the film will release in multiple languages including Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, the release date is yet to be announced.
