Alexx O’Nell makes his debut in Horror-Comedy genre with ‘Roohi’

After leaving a lasting impression in one of 2020’s most successful shows, ‘Aarya’.

Actor and musician Alexx O’Nell is all set to wow audiences once again this year with a series of projects. That is across various genres and platforms.

Adding to a filmography that boasts of projects like ‘Inside Edge’, ‘Bose’, & ‘Main Aur Charles’.

Among over three dozen others, Alexx will next be seen in a pivotal role in the Rajkummar Rao, Janhvi Kapoor, & Varun Sharma starrer ‘Roohi’. It is slated to hit the screens on the 11th March.

In his first ‘horror – comedy’, and indeed first comedic role since starring alongside Akshay Kumar in ‘Joker’.

Alexx portrays an American filmmaker who visits a small village to document an ancient local custom. Where he unexpectedly becomes witness to the hilarious and terrifying events that unfold.

This is the third time that Alexx is working with Rajkumar Rao. He shares his experience while working with star, Alexx says,

 “I have had the honour of working with Raj twice. Before it seems we come together every few years for something great.”

“But frankly”, he continues with a laugh, “It’s nice to finally playing a character friendly to Raj’s, after our first two outings in which I was quite literally aiming to murder him.”
