The handsome actor Akhlaque Khan, who was last seen in ‘Humko Tumse Ho Gaya Hai Pyaar Kya Karein‘ will soon showcase another side of his talent with a short-film ‘Kissss‘. He has written and co-produced the short film with yesterday’s actor Kader Khan‘s son Shah Nawaz Khan under the banner of ‘Khansome Films‘.
Talking about his experience in film-making, Akhlaque said,
“The experience was thrilling and I learned a lot while shooting. When I narrated the script to my friend Shah, he immediately loved it and within a month we were shooting.”
From where he got the idea for this short film?
“I got the idea from the current trend of Indian television. I cannot reveal much about the short film as of now as it will spoil the fun,”
said Akhlaque, who did the shows like Baawre, Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha 2
Shah Nawaz Khan, who earlier worked with Shaad Ali in ‘OK Jaanu’ has directed and co-produced the short film. When quizzed, what attracted him to believe in this subject? He said,
“The first thing that caught my attention is the genre of the film. I am an ophidiophobic and I get goosebumps even when I hear the word ‘Snake’. So I can relate with Phobias. I have seen many phobia based films, but in our short film, we are showing televisophobia, which is not yet explored. Our short film ‘Kissss‘, deals about the Phobia but with a twist.”
