Dhee Links Up With KATSEYE’s Lara Raj For a Club-Ready “Vari Vari” Remix

 

Rising Australian-Tamil singer and songwriter Dhee has teamed up with Lara Raj of KATSEYE for a high-energy remix of her single “Vari Vari.” The collaboration celebrates Tamil sisterhood on a global stage, and it’s out now — listen to the “Vari Vari” remix here.

Dhee originally released “Vari Vari” in April, and the emotive Tamil track has since racked up more than 33 million global streams and nearly 400,000 creates. The new remix keeps that emotional core intact, but reworks the song into a high-energy, club-ready anthem built for a night out.

In her own words, Dhee described the collaboration as a joyful, sisterhood-driven experience:

“Working with Lara on the remix was such a fun and special experience. We had the best time in the room, and I think you can hear that energy in the song. I definitely recommend listening to it loud in the car. For me, the remix also represents sisterhood and the joy of two Tamil women coming together to create something. It’s playful and makes you want to dance, but it still holds on to the earnestness of the original.”

Dhee has quietly become one of India’s most impactful voices of the century. Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, she later relocated to Chennai, India, to pursue music full-time.
