Lock Upp season 2 on Netflix is almost half way through the season, and audiences have expressed their opinions regarding the way the show has been going. Netizens have shown their displeasure with Shilpa Shinde’s crass and below the belt remarks regarding Shivangi Joshi and Harshad Chopda, and question why Shinde has not yet been called out by the jailer and host.
Since Shilpa Shinde’s wildcard addition to Lock Upp, she has teamed up with Shreya Kalra against the rest of the inmates, and the duo have been criticized by the audience for their disrespectful comments about the other contestants. Audiences have specifically called out the misogynistic and sexist remarks by Shinde towards Shivangi Joshi, and her comments about Harshad Chopda’s friendship with Joshi. They have continuously questioned why Shinde has not been called out for her constant negative commentary on the duo.
Shinde has made several comments about Joshi and Chopda’s friendship, alleging that they are in a relationship, and that Joshi has had affairs with every co-star she’s been with (all of which is alleged). However, none of these comments have been brought up to Joshi and Chopda, and the hosts have not criticized Shinde for her crass remarks, which has angered netizens.
