Farrhana Bhatt has been building her fan base with her performance in the Bigg Boss 19 house, and several viewers say that she is one of the strongest solo players in the house. However, for a few Weekend Ka Vaar’s, Bhatt hasn’t been guided about her gameplay so far, although almost every single episode features her for a significant amount of screen time.
After last night’s episode of the Weekend Ka Vaar, netizens took to social media to criticize the makers for only pointing out Bhatt for her mistakes, and never praising her for what she does well in the house, or when someone else in the house has wronged her. The audience points out that this isn’t the first time the makers have tried to portray Bhatt negatively to whitewash other contestant’s images — during the letter captaincy task, a huge fight erupted between Amaal Malik and Bhatt when the latter ripped up Neelam Giri’s family letter for captaincy contender-ship, and Malik threw Bhatt’s food on the ground and used incredibly derogatory comments towards her and her mother. However, during that Weekend Ka Vaar episode, Malik’s misbehavior was barely mentioned, and his father was brought to guide him in the right direction.
Viewers share that they are frustrated with the way Bhatt is being portrayed, and the fact that she isn’t receiving any outside guidance, while other contestants are. This could also be seen from Bhatt in last night’s episode, when she talked about feeling demotivated.
Since being on the show, Bhatt’s social media following has hit 1.2 million on Instagram, with a huge percentage of viewers wanting her to lift the trophy. The grand finale of Bigg Boss 19 is set to be in December!
