This past week, viewers saw the shocking eviction of Digvijay Rathee during the mid-week eviction process, which left his friends in the house devastated, especially Karanveer Mehra. Since Rathee entered the house, he developed a close bond with Mehra, and they termed as each other as not only friends but brothers. In the wake of Rathee’s unexpected eviction due to Shrutika Raj’s decision to rank him in the bottom 6 contestants, Mehra has decided to fight for him.
In yesterday’s WKV episode, Mehra stood up for Rathee even against his own friends Shilpa Shirodkar and Chum Darang, who have tried to stand up for Shrutika by saying that even though she made a wrong decision, she’s alone in the house. In response, Mehra says that Shrutika is alone by her own doing, and she had every chance to change her decision, even with Bigg Boss himself said that by fan votes, Rathee would have definitely made it to the Top 5 of the season. Mehra went onto say that even at such a young age, Rathee had made his way to Bigg Boss, and he deserved the shot to stay in the season.
Fans loved seeing Mehra and Rathee’s close friendship and bromance develop over the last few weeks, and before he left, Rathee told Mehra to make sure he plays well to win the trophy.
