Shooting of Bollywood actor John Abraham‘s next films ‘Satyamev Jayate 2’ and ‘Mumbai Saga’ have been postponed for one to two months. However, the team is set to shoot once again with more enthusiasm in the coming months. The exact date of shooting has not been fixed yet but according to reports, the shooting of both films can start from August to October. Earlier, the shooting of these films was set to start in June and July.
‘Satyamev Jayate 2’ and ‘Mumbai Saga’ are most awaited films of 2020
Milap Zaveri, director of the film ‘Satyamev Jayate 2’, reportedly told a news portal that more work has been done on the script during the lockdown. The film will now be shot in Lucknow with a change. ‘Satyamev Jayate 2’ is an action-packed cop drama, which was earlier expected to be shot in Mumbai.
On the other hand, John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi‘s film ‘Mumbai Saga’ will now be shot in Mumbai instead of Hyderabad. Changing the shooting location of ‘Mumbai Saga’ has affected the film ‘Satyamev Jayate 2’. Meanwhile, 90 percent of the film ‘Mumbai Saga’ have been shot and a lot of post production has also been done. A few days’ work is remaining which is now being planned to be completed in Mumbai.
‘Mumbai Saga’s Post Production to be completed in Mumbai
Talking about the film, Sanjay Gupta told Mid-Day that the post-production of the film is going on. He revealed that they are not going to Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad due to the growing rate of Corona cases. Sanjay said that their work is of about 14 days, which they want to complete after 15 August.
He also told that John and other casts of the film were all ready to go to Hyderabad but now there is a risk of going there too. John has to finish the film soon so that his next film can start. Seeing the situation getting worse, they will stay for a month.
