Talking about being trolled, Rakul revealed that most of the trolls are people without any real identity. In an interview with a leading magazine, the actress said,

“Trolls are people mostly without any real identity. They think they’re of some importance to a verified profile, and getting a response on their cheap remark would validate their existence. But it’s a myth.”

Rakul Preet also recalled an incident when she was trolled on social media. The actress mentioned how she could not hold herself from replying to the nasty comments. She said,

“I had woken up to that post and I just couldn’t hold myself from replying.”

The actress also mentioned how it was not Rakul as an actor, but Rakul as a girl who gave it back and added,

“I feel there’s so much negativity and hatred in this world. Now, I’ve come to a point that there’s a certain section of the society that you can’t do anything about.”
