Ali Fazal And Richa Chadha's Wedding Gets Postponed

Last month we brought you the news that Bollywood lovebirds, Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha were all set to tie the knot in April this year.

The two have been dating for quite a few years before Ali popped the question earlier this year. According to reports of a leading daily, Ali proposed to Richa back when they were on vacation in the Maldives and her answer was an instant ‘yes’.

But now, due to the coronavirus outbreak in the country and the world, Ali and Richa have decided to postpone their marriage date.

The duo, who was to wed in April, had already booked a date for their marriage registration. But as of now, they have pushed their wedding function to the latter half of 2020, tentatively. As per their spokesperson statement,

”Given the current scenario and the unfortunate turn of events owing to the COVID-19 pandemic globally, Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha have decided to postpone their wedding functions to the later half of 2020 tentatively. They wish for everyone to be healthy and safe and at no cost would want their friends, families and well-wishers to be affected.”

Reportedly, Ali and Richa will now tie the knot in October this year. The couple has not confirmed the same.
