Amrish Puri’s grandson Vardhan Puri is all set to step into Bollywood with a very unique role in Yeh Saali Aashiqui. The film also stars newbie Shivaleeka Oberoi.
This romantic thriller directed by Cherag Ruparel was all set to release on November 22, 2019 but is now delayed. The film will now release on November 29.
Speaking about the same producer Jayantilal Gada said,
“We thought November 29 provided us a better opportunity for showcasing ”Yeh Saali Aashiqui” in theatres. We have made it with a lot of love, and this film also has an explosive storyline with power-packed performances, and it deserves a better reach.”
What’s interesting about this film is that the film’s screenplay and dialogues have been written by Vardhan and Cherag. Vardhan has this to say about the film,
“Cherag and I have been working on this project for two-and-a- half years. Being involved with the film right from its inception, I was certain that only an actor who could justify the role must be cast. The producers and the studio heads told me that I would be perfect for the part, but I insisted on being auditioned by Cherag, just to make sure that I fitted the role. Luckily, for me, the audition went well and all the stakeholders jointly decided to lock me. “
The trailer of Yeh Saali Aashiqui was released earlier this month and has been well appreciated by all.
