Ishaan Khatter drove the fans crazy with his amazing performances in Beyond The Clouds and Dhadak. Ishaan Khatter is now going to star opposite Student Of The Year 2 fame Ananya Panday.
The film has got a title Khaali Peeli and it marks the first collaboration of Ishaan and Ananya onscreen.
Maqbool Khan is going to direct the Khaali Peeli and Ali Abbas Zafar will produce the film in collaboration with Zee Studios. The film will go on floors on 11th of September. Ananya is currently busy shooting for Pati Patni Aur Woh. Ishaan has currently no ongoing projects.
Ali Abbas Zafar has given some amazing films with Salman Khan. Films like Sultan, Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, and Bharat are a few examples.
Talking about Ishaan and Ananya’s pairing, producer Ali Abbas Zafar says,
“Khaali Peeli’s process has been organic—Maqbool, Himanshu and I worked on the script for almost a year and when we thought it was completely baked, we took it to this enthusiastic young cast. I am happy that Zee Studios is producing this film with us, apart from the other massive film we are working on. We will announce our next big collaboration soon as well.”
Director Maqbool Khan added,
“I can’t wait to start this ride with this young talent!”
On the work front Ananya Panday has Pati Patni Aur Woh whicb also stars Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead roles.
Khaali Peeli starring Ishaan and Ananya will release on 12th June, 2020.
