Firstly what is surrogacy?
Surrogacy is a legal agreement, wherein a woman agrees to become pregnant, carry the pregnancy to due term, and give birth to a child or children for another person.
When do people opt for surrogacy?
People seek a surrogacy arrangement when a pregnancy is medically impossible, it poses an unacceptable danger to the mother’s health when an unmarried man/woman want a child or a male couple wishes for a kid.
