Aaditya Thackeray: I feel I am a part of Thackeray and Cheat India
At the joint press conference with the makers of Cheat India – Bhushan Kumar, Emraan Hashmi and Atul Kasbekar, and Aaditya Thackeray and Sanjay Raut announced that their respective films- Cheat India and Thackeray– will not clash at the box office. The Emraan Hashmi starrer will now release a week early, January 18, 2018.

Talking about preponing the release of the film Cheat India producer, Bhushan Kumar (TSeries) said,
“As a mark of respect to Balasaheb and to maximize the commerce, we arrived at a win-win decision. There should be no ego in business. We have, in the past, rescheduled the release of Aashiqui-2, Hindi Medium, Sonu Ke Teetu Ki Sweety and Tumhari Sulu, to align with business logic, and the results are for all to see.”

Aaditya Thackeray is pretty good friends with the producers of Cheat India. The young leader mentioned that he was a part of the scripting of Cheat India. He said that they (the producers) had taken his help while doing the research for the film last year.
Further talking about the films Aaditya said,
“First people will watch Cheat India and get frustrated with our system! Then they will watch Thackeray and get inspired to do something! I feel I am a part of both the films. They are both very close to my heart.”
Cheat India exposes the country’s faulty education system and shows Hashmi as a smooth operator who run a racket.
