Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Salman Khan Aren’t No. 1 On IMDb’s Top 10 Stars Of India Cinema 2018

It’s that time of the year when we all start listing what we liked this year and what we didn’t. We also get busy noting down who was better than whom and which movies and actors should win awards. IMDb released its 2018 list of the top 10 stars of India cinema. The ranking is determined on the basis of the data received from IMDbPro STARmeter rankings. This ranking is calculated on the basis of page views of over 250 million monthly visitors to the website.

Topping the list this year is no Khan of Bollywood. In fact, the first spot isn’t even being held by a male star. Yes, Bollywood’s leading lady Deepika Padukone is the queen on this list as well. The new bride was also at the top of the Eastern Eye’s 50 Sexist Asian Women 2018 list.

The three Khans of Bollywood Shah Rukh, Aamir and Salman made it to the second, third and fifth places respectively.
Salman Khan’s Eid release, Race 3 was much hyped but failed to strike a chord with the audience and received major criticism. Aamir Khan’s Diwali release, Thugs Of Hindostan, too was a disaster, with critics and fans both not liking it. Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero is all set to release this Friday, December 21.

At No.4 is Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who featured in this year’s release Fanney Khan. The sixth name on the list is Katrina Kaif, followed by Kubbra Sait, Irrfan Khan, Radhika Apte and Akshay Kumar at 7, 8, 9 and 10 respectively.
