Aditya Roy Kapur had a brief stint on Channel V as a VJ and later made his debut in Bollywood with Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn starrer London Dreams. The actor stole the audience’s heart with his film Aashiqui 2 opposite Shraddha Kapoor.

Aditya Roy Kapur was seen as the second actor in this film but still, he matched to the comic timings of Akshay Kumar and did a fab job.

Guzaarish:

The film starred Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in lead role. This movie was directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Aditya Roy Kapur played the role of Omar Siddiqui who is magician Ethan Mascarenhas’ fan and wants to learn from him.

Aashiqui 2:

This movie was a blockbuster. Aditya who played the role of Rahul Jaykar a singer who is drunk most of the times because of depression falls in love with Aarohi Keshav Shirke played by Shraddha Kapoor. Aditya and Shraddha’s chemistry was the most talked about at that time.

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani:

This movie was a romantic drama film directed by Ayan Mukerji. Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone were the lead actors in this film but Aditya who played the role of Avinash Arora did a great job in the film. Ranbir and Aditya’s friendship moved the audience.

Daawat-e-Ishq:

This romantic comedy film was directed by Habib Faisal and also starred Parineeti Chopra. Aditya Roy Kapur played the role of Tariq Haidar, who owns a restaurant in Lucknow and later falls in love with Parineeti Chopra. Aditya played the character with such an ease that it made us fall in love with the actor even more.

Fitoor:

The movie didn’t do well at the Box Office but Aditya did a fair job to his character Noor Nizami. It is a romantic love story which also starred Katrina Kaif and Tabu.

Ok Jaanu:

This movie was a remake of Tamil film O Kadhal Kanmani. It is a love story of a guy and girl who love each other but don’t wanna get married and how they have to choose between their career and relationship.
