The sixth season of the very popular celebrity chat show, Koffee With Karan, hosted by the ace producer/director Karan Johar commenced yesterday. The first guests to grace his couch this season were Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone.
A few hours before the pioneer episode of this year’s Koffee With Karan could be telecasted, Deepika and Ranveer Singh announced to the world that they are set to walk down the aisle. The lovebirds will be tying the knot on 14 & 15 November, 2018.
Getting back to what transpired on last night’s show of Koffee With Karan, Deepika and Alia had a lot to say about their equation with each other, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, marriage and more. Yes, Deepika spoke of the (now) impending marriage that was then just a rumoured one.

1. The tenure they are dating
How many years did you think the lovebirds have spent together? 5 or 6? Well, KJo got it wrong when he asked her about her 5years relationship with Ranveer.
The Piku actress interrupted and corrected him saying ‘6’. So that means Leela fell in love with Ram while the movie, Goliyon Ki Raaslerla Ram Leela, was being shot.
2. Ranveer will be a ‘mumma’s boy’ kinda husband
During the show’s rapid fire round when asked to choose between what kind of a husband would Ranveer be, Deepika said a ‘mumma’s boy’. Her other options were – henpecked, mumma’s boy or male chauvinist.
3. She loves his emotional capabilities
Once again during the rapid fire, Ms. Padukone was asked one thing she loves about her soon-to-be husband and she replied with – ‘his emotional capabilities’. We known DP, Ranveer always wears his heart on his sleeves and never shies away from expressing what he’s feeling.
4. Deepika hates Ranveer’s lifestyle
With both being from the same industry you may feel like their lifestyles match. But no, Deepika hates his lifestyle especially his sleeping pattern. A hectic schedule is to be blamed Deepika, not him !😉
5. Ms. Padukone tolerates his fashion sense
Everyone who has ever seen Ranveer Singh make public appearances knows that his fashion sense is pretty weird. When asked one thing she tolerates about him she immediately replied his fashion sense.
We wonder post marriage if Deepika Padukone will make some changes to his wardrobe. Only time will tell 😉
