Ajay Devgn Starrer Total Dhamaal Postponed, De De Pyaar De’s Release Date Moved Forward As Well

Ajay Devgn was all set to treat his fans to 2 films in the coming four months – Total Dhamaal in December and De De Pyaar De (DDPD) in February 2019. But due to technical requirements, the release of Total Dhamaal has been pushed forward thus affecting the release of DDPD.

Ajay took to Twitter a few minutes back announcing the change in the film’s release dates. Here’s what he tweeted:

December date with you’ll looks challenging, but still keeping my Feb date!
Due to extensive VFX work, Total Dhamaal will now release on 22nd Feb and De De Pyaar De moves to 26th April.

The release date of the third installment in the Dhamaal franchise – has been postponed due to extensive VFX work still being done. The December 2018 release will now hit theaters on 22nd February 2018. De De Pyaar De, which was scheduled to release on 22nd February has been pushed to 26th April.

Total Dhamaal has an ensemble star cast. It including the likes of Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Ajay Devgn, Aashish Chaudhary, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Esha Gupta, Sanjay Mishra, Boman Irani, Rajpal Yadav and more. It is directed by Indra Kumar.

On the other hand, De De Pyaar De features Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh and is directed by Akiv Ali.
