Nawazuddin Siddiqui was recently seen playing the bad guy MRS in Anil Sharma’s Genius. Well, we tried to delve into the mind of the actor and tried to gauge his process.
When asked if hits & flops matter to him, Nawazuddin Siddiqui said,
“If an actor cares about hits or flops, s/he should turn a producer. As an actor, you be honest with yourself and with the process of acting. Whether the film will be a hit or a flop is something the director & producer should think of.”
The actor further said that he doesn’t think about the audience while making a film.
“When I’m acting in a film, I care about the director and not the audience. I just make sure I follow the instructions of the director with honesty during filmmaking.”
Well, in times when most actors only think about how to do more hit films, Nawazuddin is one actor who begs to differ. Perhaps that’s what makes him stand out.
