Aanand L Rai has entertained us with amazing movies and continues to do so. His love for cinema encouraged him to launch his own home production banner, Colour Yellow Productions. He believes in sharing good content films with the audience.
Aanand L Rai always believes in backing good talent and telling interesting stories. As a producer, he is putting together an impressive slate with a mixed lot of storytellers giving them a platform to make films in the manner they deserved to be made along with giving opportunities to the new crop of talented actors.
Last year saw a very well-acclaimed and Oscar-nominated, Newton, a hit quirky entertainer, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan and the critically-acclaimed Mukkabaaz from this production banner.
Looking at the bigger and promising prospects of Colour Yellow Productions this year, the director-producer has collaborated with some immensely talented actors and directors from across the board.
The trailer of Manmarziyaan, a musical love story starring Abhishek Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu, and Vicky Kaushal has been hugely appreciated by everyone. Aanand L Rai will also be co-producing horror-mystery-thriller Tumbbad directed by Rahi Anil Barve along with the inspiring short film, Chalo Jeete Hain, inspired from a childhood incident of Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Not only this, Aanand L Rai promises to end the year with a bang with the most anticipated film of the year – Zero featuring Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif.
