Kajol Interacted With Her Fans From The Renowned Theatre Liberty Cinemas

Kajol, who is all set for her movie ‘Eela’, which is produced by Ajay Devgn and Jayantilal Gada (Pen India Limited), took to Facebook to introduce the crew from the movie.

In Pradeep Sarkar’s directorial ‘Helicopter Eela’, Kajol features in the lead role of an overprotective mother to a teenager, played by National award-winning actor Riddhi Sen

For one of the film’s songs, ‘Yaadon Ki Almari’, the crew decided to shoot at one of Mumbai’s last art-deco theatres and an iconic location, Liberty Cinema. Interestingly, the theater was brought back to life after a hiatus of several years, making ‘Helicopter Eela’ the first film to feature Liberty Cinema after its revamp and renovation.

Kajol interacted with her fans from the renowned theatre ‘Liberty Cinemas’. The actress expressed her feelings for the heritage place which has a great cinematic history, mentioning how well it has been restored and maintained.

A source reveals, “The visuals of the song are based in the ’90s, so liberty cinema turned out to be the best location to shoot this song. On the day of the shoot, Kajol even did a social media live chat with her fans to tell them that she was shooting in the vintage theatre, reminiscing about old days.”

Kajol further appreciated the crew for all the hard work that has gone into the making of the film by giving special credits to the crew.
