Talking about the web series, Karan Raj Kohli, co-founder Manor Rama Pictures, said:

“We shot for a month up north. We tried to keep the feel as authentic as possible using real-life locations instead of enclosed spaces. Each prop in each room/bathroom, every single thing was sourced locally from Kashmir or designed from scratch, same goes for every costume.”

Adding on, co-founder, Viraj Kapur said,

“We started casting as soon as we finalized the story. We were extremely excited to work on Haq Se considering so many film-centric names are attached to it. It was an absolute pleasure working with Rajeev, Surveen, and director Ken Ghosh.”

He continued,

“Even the DOP has worked on Baaghi earlier. While the story and screenplay were written by Devika Bhagat, who has written Jab Tak Hai Jaan and a lot of other films. The Dialogues for Haq Se are written by the very talented Renuka Kunzru.”

Set in Kashmir, Haq Se tells the story of four sisters, their lives and their ambition that is bound down by the situation in Kashmir.
