Porus launched recently and we can say that the team of the Siddharth Kumar Tewary’s drama has also not left any stone unturned to perform their best. Actor Gurpreet Singh, who rose to fame with Kahin Toh Hoga, will be seen playing King Ambhiraj in the show.
“I have worked with Siddharth Kumar Tewary in Mahabharat too, as Rukmi, and had a great experience working under Swastik. In Porus, I am playing the character of King Ambhiraj, Porus is his nephew.”
In fact, the show has taught him a lot, including getting over a phobia.
“We have shot a lot of action sequences in Thailand. Shooting these in the water was a great learning experience. For me, it was challenging as well, as I did not know swimming. For this show, I have learnt and now I will never quit swimming. I had a huge phobia with water, now I would say phobia is not there and I am very comfortable.”
