Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger Zinda Hai has created a strong buzz all over the Internet. Swag Se Swagat and Dil Diya Gallan, the two songs which have been released from the movie have been loved by the audience and have also been viewed maximum on YouTube.
But there were a set of people, who thought that the plot is quite similar to that of the Malyalam film, Take Off.
During a group interview today, Director Ali Abbas Zafar was asked by a journalist about the comparison. To this he said:
“Definitely there will be a lot of comparisons between the two. I have heard it’s a brilliant film. I want to watch it. I haven’t seen it yet. But they are two very different films. The Malayalam film is very true to what had happened, I had completely fictionalised the film. It is the same difference between Dangal and Sultan. Dangal was a very real film based on wrestling. Sultan was a completely fictional film. But the impact was created by both the films.”
Ek Tha Tiger was a successful movie and we hope that since Tiger Zinda Hai is a sequel of this film it too will be entertaining and after all Salman-Katrina have returned back onscreen after a long time.

Yash Raj Films’ Tiger Zinda Hai is all set to release on 22nd December 2017.
