Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth starrer 2.0 had created a buzz much before even when the posters were revealed. Audiences and fans are eagerly waiting for its release. But it looks like everyone will have to wait a bit more. The movie which was to be released on 25th January 2018 has been postponed further.
Initially, the teaser of the film was slated to be launched in Hyderabad on November 23rd and the trailer launch was supposed to be held on December 12th in Chennai on the occasion of Rajinikanth’s birthday. But since the release date has been postponed, the teaser and trailer have also been pushed further.
Sources say the post-production work, which involves a lot of visual effects, is taking time and hence the team decided to postpone the film to give more time to the CG department. As for now, the makers haven’t given a release date yet.
We just hope that the movie releases next year start at least!
