The most awaited TV blockbuster Game Of Thrones returns today with its 7th season. With dragons and White Walkers on the hoof, it’s likely to be a surprising year for Game of Thrones fans.
The first episode of the 7th season wasn’t quite an episode where nothing happened: Jon Snow and Sansa’s sibling rivalry looks certain to develop a sharp edge very soon and, Daenerys appear determined as she inspected the facilities at her new lodgings at Dragonstone. Nonetheless, the tone was not that good as expected!
Arya’s transformation into avenging spirit was sealed as she treated the Freys to a literal dose of their own murderous medicine. A cameo from a crooning Ed Sheeran, meanwhile, reminded us that there were scarier things in Westeros than the hordes of the Night’s King.
