Lonely Girl is a psychological thriller revolving around beautiful Radhika Kapoor (Riya Sen) who wakes up with a faded memory and realizes that she is trapped inside her own home. She’s startled to find a mysterious woman Gauri (Kyra Dutt) who tries hard to convince her that she is her close friend and her husband Arjun (Gulshan Nain). Through her interactions with Gauri, Radhika finds reason to believe that she may be someone who wishes to cause her harm.

As the story progresses, we see Radhika’s memory drift back into place resulting in the discovery of two lifeless bodies laying on the cold marble floor of her beautiful pent house.

Written and directed by Saurabh Varma, Lonely Girl is a psychological thriller with a deep and meaningful message. In a world where we become blinded by our perception of reality sometimes a third person point of view is the most tangible option. Who or what this third person is, that’s the beauty of Lonely Girl.
