Divyanka Tripathi humbled by fans' blessings on her special day!

The reigning queen of Indian Television, Divyanka Tripathi recently celebrated her birthday on the 14th December in an unforgettable manner. Being that this was her first birthday as a newly wed, beau Vivek Dahiya showered her with love but he wasn’t the only one. Her ardent fans, with whom she has been celebrating for years now continued to make this day special for her.

Commenting on the same Divyanka says,

“My fans have showered me with loads and loads of gifts every day for last two weeks. I have gotten numerous flower, cakes, gifts and handmade greeting cards from all over the world. Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Indonesia, Bangladesh, UK– you name it.”

So what was your birthday wish this year?

“I think I already have everything I wanted, most importantly my fans love. I just want people to keep watching my work, keep watching me and that would be more important for me as an artist. I have whatever they wanted to give me and they have already given me so I am happy. I just want this love to be a constant source of my happiness.”

Divyanka’s fan base is so strong that she has fans who have tattooed her name on themselves as well as those who have waited five or six days outside her studio to catch a glimpse of the diva. When asked about such occurrences Divyanka states,

” I won’t call this crazy but I will call it love and I am overwhelmed with this kind of love and affection. And at times I am so clueless. All I can do is I can give them some quality time to interact with them whenever I can. I actually never want them to leave with a heavy heart so I try clicking pictures with them.”
