South Africa’s Sexiest export since Charlize Theron, Carla Dennis is an old Cape Town native who packed her bags and moved to India to give her modeling career a boost. After appearing in a number of top commercials and on fashion magazine covers, Carla is all set to make her debut in the lead role with Abbas Mastan’s next magnum opus, Machine opposite Abbas’s son Mustafa.
Carla was spotted by the director duo in a music video along with Badshah and was immediately called for auditions, where she impressed them and bagged the role. Talking about her experience with Abbas Mastan, Carla said,
” Abbas Mastan are warm, hospitable and sweet. They made me feel so comfortable as if I were a part of the family.”
Carla has just finished shooting for the film and was also recently seen on the cover of a leading men’s magazine along with Siddharth Malhotra.
With international beauties doing well and growing strong in Bollywood, we’re sure we’re going to see more of this dusky beauty. Way to go girl!
