Directors Kut’s (Rajan Shahi) hit show Yeh Ristha Kya Kehlata Hai on Star Plus turned 2200. The success of the show was celebrated in a traditional style (on the set at Film City) with a havan followed by scrumptious Rajasthani lunch. The food was a huge hit for the cast and guests.
Speaking about his hit show, Rajan says,
“It’s been a great journey and it’s the hard work of the whole team. I feel that even in today’s time a show like Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hain stands apart from many other shows and the characters are grown and evolved. It has a strong foundation and the new people coming and giving it more and the texture of the show still has freshness and emotional connect. Good team makes good shows.”
The people that rung in the celebrations along with Rajan Shahi are Deepa Shahi, Hina Khan, Rohan Mehra, Kanchi Singh, Yash Gera, Vishal Singh, Mohsin Khan, Shivangi Joshi, Vineeta Malik, Ashita Dhawan and Romit Raj. Check out pictures from the celebration below.
