Speaking on the same the actor says,

“Of course films are more fun because whatever you do in films leaves a life long mark. With television, it’s a constant fight against time with leaps and flashbacks. Most actors will tell you that they prefer films over television, but for me I feel that television is more challenging.”

At current, Anshul plays a goon on Colors‘ popular show Ishq Ka Rang Safed.

“The character’s name is Parshya Kulkarni. The special thing about his character is that he is a mawali guy from Mumbai’s chawl but yes he is genuine and he is in love with the main protagonist. I am an actor so I can relate to any character which is given to me. It is just I have to make it look believable. My language is little mawali types which manifests my character funny. So that’s the challenge. He is little funny the way he speaks, the way he behaves.”

As an actor which roles you prefer positive or negative and why?

“I prefer both positive and negative roles. As an actor whatever is challenging will do that role. But the good part of negative roles is there is so much to learn and there is a lot of scope for performance. Even in positive roles there is scope but it depends what kind of character it is.”

Stay tuned to Ishq Ka Rang Safed to catch Anshul in action!
