Twitter was so lit last night as everyone from YouTubers to make up bloggers hit the keyboard to fight back against Azealia Banks’ racist remarks against Zayn Malik, the state of Punjab, and South Asians everywhere!
The much loved YouTuber Lilly Singh aka Superwoman, along with Bengali beauty bloggers Irene Mahmud Khan, Sharifa Easmin and Nabela Noor all spoke out against Azealia’s hatred with some “curry scented” love of their own.

These are not the only ladies who stood up for all the #CurryScentedBitch(es) around the world but these influential and talented young ladies are definitely using their power positively. Each of them has a strong following and by taking part in a message that women of color or women of South Asian descent need not feel inferior they are uniting nations regardless of political borders.
