Richa Chadha has made a unique niche for herself in Indina cinema. Ever since she debuted with Oye Lucky Lucky Oye! she has consistently done unconventional roles. This year, the versatile actress Richa Chadha has many projects that will release. She will soon be seen on screen portraying different roles in her upcoming movies Cabaret, Sarbjit and Love Sonia (which will release 2017). Richa started shooting for Love Sonia on Friday. It is David Womark’s Indo-American production starring the veteran actor Anupam Kher, Freida Pinto, Manoj Bajpai, and of course, Richa Chadha! The film deals with a young girl’s journey through the world of international sex trafficking.
Speaking about the role, Richa said,
“I am super excited to be a part of this film. It’s a challenging part and I am nervous about how I will be able to cope. But the team is very nice and I am positive.”
Love Sonia is scheduled to be shot in Los Angeles and Mumbai and is directed by Tabrez Noorani. It is slated to release in 2017!
