Not every show ends so abruptly. But the fate of the not very old show Woh Teri Bhabhi Hai Pagle is coming to an end very soon. The main lead of the show Krishna Gokani who plays lovable Dr. Diya is very sad about the development.
When quizzed she says,
“Dr. Diya is a special role and this is my first comedy. Everything about the show is special to me. I don’t want to get into the debate of why the show is getting off air. Because what is decided is going to happen anyway. But one thing I am very sure of is that I am going to miss the whole unit of Woh Teri Bhabhi Hai Pagle. It had become my routine for the last few months. On the set we have this powerful actor Ali Asgar who is so full of energy and talent that one could learn so much just looking at him. With Ather Habib I share a very sweet relationship. The production house Optimystic is a very happy go lucky company. The director of the show also helped me a lot to get the correct comedy timing. On the set we all are like a big family who does a lot of masti.”
So what next for Krishna? Will you take a small break?
“Not really. Because I never ever want to take a break from work. I will refresh my energy in between my next show. I am happy gradually processing.After all, slow and steady wins the race. I came here after a long struggle and I really waited for the show. But every show comes with its fate so the next thing is putting another better best foot forward for my next.”
