New finding have been reported in response to today’s media reports pertaining to the Supreme Court setting aside the High Court order that gave tax relief to Amitabh Bachchan. Chartered Accountants and Legal Advisory team to Amitabh Bachchan have released statements corresponding to the verdict of the current case.
According to the findings the case has no relation to KBC (Kaun Banega Crorepati) whatsoever in any matter or context. Furthermore, his team revealed that the case has in fact not been reopened at all.
The Supreme Court has given the respondent (Mr Amitabh Bachchan/) the right to appeal against the re-assessment order of the case as well.
With these statements coming into to light, it seems that indeed Bollywood’s legend is in the clear.
