Adaa Khan's warm and cozy birthday celebrations!

Adaa Khan, who is most popularly known as Sesha of Naagin, celebrates her birthday today (May 12th). On this joyous occasion the actress shared with us how exactly she chooses to celebrate her big day. Here’s what she had to say:

Most memorable birthday moment.

Every birthday celebrated with my mother is the most memorable birthday moment. I always had a great time celebrating with her. And right now for me its just memories so I think they are the memorable once.

First thing you do on your birthday?

I usually cut the first cake with my family and I always prefer that my family wishes me first before anybody else. And of-course when I wake up in the morning the first thing I do is I pray. So its nice when you celebrate your birthday with your family first. I have been born and brought up with my family and stay with them in Bandra. I feel great cutting the cake with my family.

Any plans for this year?

As if now I haven’t plan anything for my birthday this year. I don’t even know if I am gonna celebrate it how I did it last year. Last year it was a surprise from my younger brother. But this year I really don’t know I might take some time out for myself and just wanna be with myself this year.

Best birthday gift received till now?

The best gift I received till date is of-course from my mother when she had given me a surprise and called all my friends over and not just gave me money and said go and have fun with your friends. Also she had given me Allah locket which I still have it with me and treasured it. So every gift that she gave me was very special.

Which is better: Birthday parties as a kid or birthday bashes?

Of-course birthday part as a kid because you are so innocent and you just jump around and nobody cares what you do. You don’t need to care what others think. So I just love all the birthday parties. As a kid you get so many gift and you can just show off to all your friends. So it is just fun.

Any wish-list for your birthday gifts this year.

Well I don’t know about the wish-list for my birthday gifts this year. I don’t expect gifts, I just hope people give me blessings and good wishes and because of which I am here today at this level. So just prayers, blessings and good wishes is all I wish for this year. I think this is the best gift anyone can ever get.
