The British High Commission in partnership with the British Asian Trust is currently hosting the elegant and prestigious charity reception at the Taj Mahal Palace! There are over two-hundred of India’s top film celebrities from film, sports, and business figures attending this event!
The question is, what is standing out most? The actors who are all dressed in sarees and suits, OR the beautiful decor?!
I must say my eyes are widening looking at the decor of this event!
The dinner tables are dressed with gorgeous center pieces and a well organized event schedule booklet for each guest. The cocktail tables are dressed with a gold print table cloth with adorable elephant pieces and fresh marigold flowers.
Check out the place setting! The little details definitely pop, like the band around the cutlery and the colored water goblets. In addition, check out this mouth watering menu too.
What I loved the most though was the red-carpet decor! The gorgeous marigold themed umbrellas hanging from the ceiling only adds a grand entrance for this prestigious event. And the photo spot for celebrities and guest helped enhance the grandeur effect.
