Comedy Classes fame Arti Singh is back to entertain! The diva will been seen essaying the lead role in And TV’s upcoming venture Waaris. The actress is essaying the role of a Punjabi woman with three children.
When asked about her stint as an on screen mom she replied,
“It is a dream role and playing a mother who does not matter. I have been offered shows earlier but they didn’t excite me, so I backed off. But this role will satisfy me as an actor and it is not about saas-bahu fights! Also, when someone as young as Rashami Desai can play mother to Sreejita De and still look pretty, why not do a strong role even if that involves playing mom.”
Arti is also part of Mrunal Jain, Gaurav Aggarwal and Nandish Singh’s team Ahmedabad Express and her team mates are very happy on her gettong a main lead role.
