Actor Manoj Bajpayee felicitates a team of Police Officials at the Traffic trailer launch!

With the release of the Traffic trailer earlier today, fans finally got their first look at what this movie will turn out to be. The story is a fascinating thriller based on true events, when police officials were on a mission to transport a human heart from one city to another in 150 minutes to save a life.

 

At the launch event today, Manoj Bajpayee felicitated a team of police officials who managed to carry out a similar feat. In August of 2015, Police officials were faced with the task of transporting a human heart for which they managed to create what’s known as a Green corridor which is a single lane along the route where all the signals are green on the way that took close to 150 personnel working in co-ordination to achieve. Mr. Bajpayee thanked the police team for successfully managing this daunting task.  Additional Commissioner of Police – Sunil Paraskar and his team of officers came out in support for the movie Traffic which showcases the importance of such life threatening events and everything that could go wrong along the way.

Fans can definitely expect Traffic to be an exciting thriller that will keep them at the edge of their seat.

A Fox Star Studios and EndemolShine India production ‘Traffic’ is an emotional thriller film based on a true story.  Directed by Late Rajesh Pillai the movie stars Manoj Bajpayee, Jimmy Sheirgill, Divya Dutta, Prosenjit Chatterjee, Sachin Khedekar and Kitu Gidwani in the lead roles. The film is scheduled to release on 6^th May, 2016.
