Subhash Ghai makes time for a social cause.

Legendary Filmmaker Subhash Ghai who is known for his classic cult movies from the 90’s and popularly known as the showman of Bollywood recently made time from his busy schedule for a social event. The director was one of the prominent dignitaries at the launch of Unity in Diversity-World Civil Society, India Peace Garden which took place at the Swami Muktanand Peace Garden in Mumbai.

Subhash Ghai, founder of Whistling Woods International & Mukta Arts Pvt. Limited shared his thoughts on the importance of Unity in Diversity. Departing this key message through his movies, Subhash Ghai mentioned that he believes this world needs more love than hatred. He also shared that Unity in diversity is not only a slogan but essential the mantra for overall happiness and a healthy life. It is important to accept and respect each other, which thereby makes the world a better place to live in. He thinks that one needs to spread love as it’s the most divine thing that god has created.

The social event which was organised by Shahani Group and Global Dialogue Foundation Australia, in collaboration with UN Alliance of Civilizations and NGO DPI also saw many other significant personalities like Singer Shibani Kashyap,Dr. Hanifa Mezoui (Senior Advisor to United Nations Alliance of Civilizations), Pece Giorgievski, Co founder & CEO, Global Dialogue Foundation,Tv actor Manasi Joshi Roy.
