Bollywood lyricist, writer, and poet Sameer Anjaan has entered the prestigious Guinness World Records for penning the most number of film songs. Till date, he has written 3,539 songs in over 650 films and has worked with three generations of musicians and filmmakers!
Sameer was officially awarded the certificate at a glittering ceremony hosted by RJ Anuraag Pandey in a suburban hotel. Eminent personalities from the music fraternity came to congratulate Sameer at this special moment. Among those who graced the event were Bappi Lahri, Alka Yagnik, Abhijeet, Shaan, Sukhwinder Singh, Udit Narayan, Anu Malik, Shravan, Anand-Milind, Suresh Wadkar, Lalit Pandit, Neeraj Shridhar, and Kumar Sanu.
