‘Anything But Khamosh’ published by Om Books International is priced at Rs. 595.00 and is available at all book stores across the country and online.
Speaking on the book, Ajay Mago, Publisher, Om Books International said,

“Some of my recurrent associations with Shatrughan Sinha are: a cop’s uniform, a cop’s jeep, a street-fighter, a baddie who evoked sympathy as he fell to a bullet, a social jaywalker in need of reigning in. But most of all, what stuck was his thin lanky frame, the strange mix of reverence and irreverence, uninterrupted dialogue delivery, stylish swagger, intense eyes, his signature scars topped by a booming voice imitating Prithviraj Kapoor’s ‘Khamosh’ from none other than a milestone in Hindi cinema—Mughal-e-Azam.”

Author Bharathi S Pradhan said,

“With ‘Anything But Khamosh’, Om Books International, ShatrughanSinha and I have truly raised the bar for a page-turning honest read. The book launch was befitting of the most honest biography of India. Celebrity-studded, exciting, engrossing, dramatic and forthright.”

Mr. Kamal Morarka, Chairman of World Trade Centre Mumbai, said,

“Publishing programs support book publishers and writers whose contribution to the literary world is invaluable. By supporting this event, the centre aims to fulfil its mandate of serving the culturally and linguistically diverse population of Mumbai.”

Further sharing his thoughts on the book release, he mentioned that readers of this book would get considerable insights on the legendary actor and his contribution to Bollywood. The book would also serve as a window for international film fraternity to know more about Bollywood industry and inspire them to explore mutually beneficial collaboration with the latter. Mr. Morarka informed that WTC Mumbai has time and again associated with many such events and it is grateful to Dr. Amitabh Bachchan for gracing this occasion.
Mr. Vijay Kalantri, President, All India Association of Industries, remarked

“AIAI programs have always encouraged the development, publication and promotion of new works of literary significance in the city. Through its programs and services, the AIAI supports Film Industry, artists, organizations and communities across India, and welcomes all forms of artistic expression and practice”.

Mr. Kalantri also acknowledged the valuable contribution made by Mr. Sinha to the arts industry during his stint as head of BJP Culture and Arts department. Mr. Sinha is not only a veteran actor but a great politician. His book would inspire budding film actors and students of film institute’s, Mr. Kalantri concluded.
