Pankit Thakker and television czarina Ekta Kapoor have quite the professional history. The Bahu Hamari Rajnikant actor began his career with Ekta Kapoor’s Star Plus venture Kabhi Sautan Kabhi Saheli and has not turned back since.
As audiences are well aware, once you’re a Balaji baby you will always remain one. It’s no wonder the czarina herself came to wish producers Sonali and Amir Jaffar as well as the team of Bahu Hamari Rajnikant.
We asked Pankit about this surprise visit of Ekta and this is what he had to say,
“It was a pleasant surprise when Ekta came on the set where we were shooting. She is a darling; she always goes out of the way to support the people she loves. In today’s competitive times when producers are in a constant race with each other this warm gesture of hers is something which cannot be described in words!”
Commenting on Ekta’s kind gesture Pankit said,
“It was very kind and gracious of her to support our producers and also the whole cast. She also got a very nice Ganesha idol on the set as a good luck charm. With the lady luck that Ekta has brought to us I am sure that this show will be memorable for everyone who’s a part of this super venture.”
Aside from Pankit, cast members Neel Motwani, Vahbbiz Dorabjee and Tanvi Thakkar have previously been a part of Ekta Kapoor ventures.
