‘Maharashtracha Favorite Kon 2015’ will be aired on Zee Talkies this Sunday, December 20th, at 7 pm. The award ceremony, which took place last month, was marked by hilarious skits, innovative dance performances, and the presence of the all the biggest Marathi stars, including actor Nana Patekar!
Hosted by actors Vaibhav Tatwawdi and Siddharth Chandekar, ‘Maharashtracha Favorite Kon 2015’ honors the contribution of filmmakers and actors in the Marathi film industry. Popular film ‘Double Seat’ was the toast of the evening, sweeping five of the major award categories. Ankush Chaudhari and Amruta Khanvilkar gave brilliant performances, and the first look of ‘Poshter Girl’ was also released.
Organized by Zee Talkies, the number one Marathi movie channel in Maharashtra, ‘Maharashtracha Favorite Kon 2015’ is in its seventh year of recognizing the biggest up-and-coming talents in the Marathi film industry.
