Designer Jyoti Sachdev Iyer is all set to launch her bold and edgy collection, ‘Audacieux’, this week.
Combining western silhouettes with Indian fabrics and embellishments, Iyer portrays a chic line for the bold and beautiful woman. Using sultry georgettes, the western line comprises of unique pieces such as denim and lace saris with crop tops. When asked, Iyer shares:
“I’m anxious and excited to showcase my collection in Mumbai. All my designs have traditional Indian roots and bold cuts. I hope my bold and edgy collection is appreciated.”
The designs are a beautiful marriage of contemporary inspirations and traditional aesthetics. You can see anarkalis, churidars, saris and other ethnic designs brought to life in a modern approach. Traditional motifs over a stylish canvas make all her designs pop! Everything about this collection from fabrics to the cuts, exude the essence of a bold and beautiful woman. Her collection will be featured at this year’s Lakme Fashion Week, but here are a few sneak peeks!
