Akshay Kumar is known for being a generous soul. So when he was asked to lend a hand at a campaign for farmers in Delhi while on promotions for Singh Is Bliing, the actor could not deny. Akshay who has always been supporting families of farmers since many years decided to raise funds for grieve stricken farmer families and requested other people present there to donate funds.
Within 15 mins a huge sum was collected for the 100 farmer families.Chief Minister of Delhi Mr Arvind Kejriwal came to know about this and his office sent a request to Akshay’s team to meet the actor.

We hear Mr.Kejriwal appreciated Akshay Kumar’s efforts and gesture for the farmers and congratulated him for this and wished him all the best.Well, action surely speaks louder than words and Akshay is surely going to get many blessings from the farmers for his good deed!
