The collection is sleek, elegant and classic. Inspired by the magnificent motifs and patterns of an era when elegant ivory was hand crafted and inlaid on black sheesham, the collection recreated this art from remote Hoshiapur in Punjab. The fabrics were luxury personified as silk organza and satin were structured into amazing silhouettes. Working on a color story of only black and white with red brought in for the five finale garments, the show was a tightly edited, perfectly designed and executed display of ultra glamorous creations.

A feminine draped tunic was followed by Anarkali jackets that glittered under the ramp lights. Layered panelled skirts swirled down on elegant models and nazakat dhotis made a demure entry. Minis were stylishly sophisticated with elegant sheer trails. Adding a shimmering feel to this superbly crafted black and white collection, was Mukaish work that twinkled on all the ensembles.

A body suit fitted perfectly with long luxurious skirts and the kurta with an attached dupatta worn with salwars gave an innovative fashion direction. Adding a hint of sensuous styling, the low backs of the floor kissing kurtas were great options. Capes appeared for long sleeved blouses and asymmetric layered skirt, a princess line gown with tantalising slits will be favourites for formal wear. Panelled skirts and peplum blouses with jackets were a sophisticated offering and the button-less soft jacket looked elegant with cowl draped pants. An interesting silhouette was the asymmetric cowl pant and top.
